We are a small, family-operated inn and cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel/change dates or number in your party please notify us immediately. Cancellations or date changes made with MORE than 14 days advance notice = no penalty. Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance will be charged one night's stay. As of 10:00am the day before arrival, you are responsible for all nights reserved. No refunds are possible for early departures, inclement weather or other reasons beyond our control. Cancellations for bookings over holidays and during special event periods may require more than 14 days advance notice in order to receive full refunds. You will receive a confirmation letter with the details of the cancellation policy pertaining to your dates.
