	Special rates apply during Ironman (July 22 – 25), please call. Holiday rate of $135 per night apply during 4th of July weekend (July 2 – 6); Labor Day  weekend ( September 3 – 6); Columbus Day weekend (October 10 – 13)

All rates are subject to availability and may change.
Rates are based on standard Adirondack rooms with double occupancy.  Each additional adult is $10 per night.  Children under 17 years old are no additional charge.  Maximum of five people per room. 
Sales tax of 10.75% is added to all lodging rates.
All rates include a continental breakfast.
A 2 or 3 night minimum may be required for holiday or special events.
